We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment time.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full appointment fee. The full fee also applies if you do not attend your appointment without notifying us.

If an emergency or exceptional circumstance prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss your situation.

Complimentary discovery calls: No cancellation fee applies to our free 15-minute discovery calls. Please let us know if you cannot attend so we can offer the time to someone else.
